Position Details
Key Responsibilities
- Picking frozen items from designated storage areas based on pick tickets.
- Operate Lift Trucks and reach trucks at heights of up to 30 feet.
- Accurately receive and manage products in the freezer.
- Safely operate electric jacks and pallet jacks for palletizing and order fulfillment.
- Collaborate with the Manager to prioritize and pull orders efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to company safety protocols.
- Perform cycle counts and inventory as required.
Qualifications
- 1 year of experience operating pallet jacks, forklifts, or reach trucks preferred.
- Certification for pallet jacket, forklifts or equivalent equipment (preferred but not required).
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to work occasional weekends as needed.
Physical Requirements
- Freezer pickers spend extended periods standing, walking, and lifting items, often in cold temperatures. -10 degrees
- Working in a freezer environment necessitates the ability to withstand cold temperatures for extended periods.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs regularly.
